Returns & Exchanges

• All products are final sale. Please handle your products with care. Damages caused by improper handling aren't our responsibility.

• Unfortunately, because of the small nature of my business, I currently do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges. However, in the unlikely event that there is something wrong with your order, please email me at sharonleezapata@gmail.com

When will my order ship?

All orders will take 3 – 5 business days or sooner to process and will then be sent out with standard shipping, which is three to five business days.

•   Holiday Shipping: The last day for guaranteed shipping is 12/15/2025.  All orders placed after this date will take 5-7 business days to process and then be shipped via standard shipping.

•  At this time, there are no "Pre-order” items.

• Unfortunately, we are not responsible for shipping delays once the products have been shipped.

Do you ship internationally?

•  Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
